1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Forty5° mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Forty5° App provides motorcycle service booking, event discovery, and community features for customers of Forty5°, a Harley-Davidson and American motorcycle service shop located in Dubai, UAE. The App allows you to register your motorcycles, book service appointments, view event calendars, manage your profile, and receive notifications.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Bookings and Services
All service bookings made through the App are subject to availability and confirmation by Forty5°. Displayed prices are estimates; final pricing is confirmed after physical inspection of the motorcycle. The shop is closed on Mondays. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
5. Events and Ticketing
Event listings, ticket availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Forty5°. RSVP for free events does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the App's operation, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the App are the property of Forty5° or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Forty5° shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Marketplace & Vehicle Sales
Forty5° provides a venue for riders to list motorcycles and parts for sale. Forty5° is NOT a party to any sale between users: we do not own, inspect (unless a Certified Pre-Sale Inspection is purchased), warrant, or guarantee any listed vehicle or part, its condition, legality, or title. AI price estimates are indicative only and do not constitute a valuation, offer, or advice. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting vehicles, verifying documents (including Mulkiya, loan status, and accident history), and completing ownership transfer with the relevant UAE authorities. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for their legal right to sell. Transactions, payments, and disputes are strictly between buyer and seller. The 'Forty5° Certified' badge reflects a point-in-time mechanical inspection by our workshop and is not a warranty or guarantee of future condition.
User Content & Moderation
You are responsible for content you post (listings, photos, posts, messages, group content). Content must be accurate, lawful in the UAE, and must not be fraudulent, offensive, or infringe the rights of others. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features at our discretion, including in response to user reports. Report tools are provided in the app; we review reports and take action where our policies or applicable law require it.
Paid Services, Cancellations & Refunds
Workshop services (including the Certified Pre-Sale Inspection, AED 450) are payable to the garage and may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; inspections already performed are non-refundable. Membership subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are cancelled or refunded through your store account settings, subject to store policies. Marketplace listings are currently free of charge. Prices are shown in AED and may change with notice.
