1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, phone number, motorcycle details (make, model, year, mileage, VIN, photos), service booking history, event RSVPs, and your selected interests. We also collect device information including language preference and notification settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process service bookings, send booking confirmations and reminders, notify you about events and special offers based on your interests, maintain your motorcycle service records, and communicate with you about your account.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers who assist in operating the App, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Forty5° and its users.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your profile information directly in the App. To request data deletion, use the "Delete Account" option in Settings, which permanently removes your account and all associated data.
6. Notifications and Communications
You can control push notifications through the App's Settings. Even with notifications disabled, we may still send essential communications about your bookings and account security via email.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
The App uses local storage on your device to save your language preference and authentication session. This data remains on your device and can be cleared using the "Clear Cache" option in Settings.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
